ElevenLabs builds AI voice, audio and conversational agent products. Its platforms include ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI. The company raised $500 million in February 2026 at an $11 billion valuation.
- Lead a hands-on IT engineering team at a fast-growing AI audio company
- Own identity, endpoint, network, automation and compliance projects
- Remote role with London, New York and Warsaw office options
The role
ElevenLabs is hiring an IT Engineering Lead to help its internal technology keep pace with rapid global growth. This is not a management-only role. You will lead the team while staying close to the technical work.
You will partner with Security and Operations to keep endpoints, offices, networks and software tools secure and reliable. You will also mentor engineers, plan projects and support hiring as the IT function expands.
The work includes:
- Leading and mentoring the IT Engineering team
- Improving identity and access systems using SAML, SCIM and OIDC
- Managing Okta, Google Workspace and device management platforms
- Automating compliance checks and device configuration with Python or Bash
- Supporting office networks and new office buildouts
- Maintaining controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and related standards
- Working with VPNs, firewalls, Zero Trust networking and infrastructure as code
Who ElevenLabs is looking for
You should have experience leading or mentoring an IT engineering or technical operations team. ElevenLabs also wants strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise IT systems, identity management, mobile device management and automation.
Startup experience will help because the company is adding people, offices and systems quickly. Experience with tools such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Terraform, OSquery or Santa would be useful.
Why apply
This is a high-ownership role at one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies. The IT systems you build will directly affect how researchers, engineers and commercial teams work across several countries.
ElevenLabs offers competitive compensation, stock options, a learning and development stipend, support for co-working and annual company offsites. The company is remote-first, with core collaboration hours from 2pm to 6pm GMT.
