Integration Engineer (Third Party Systems) at Isomorphic Labs

Isomorphic Labs · London, UK

Hybrid Full-time

Isomorphic Labs is using artificial intelligence to speed up drug discovery and develop new medicines. The London-based company announced a $2.1 billion funding round in May 2026 to expand its AI drug design engine, grow its pipeline and support further hiring.

  • Own and improve the internal applications used by teams across Isomorphic Labs
  • Work with Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code and identity systems
  • Help secure the tools supporting an AI-first drug discovery company

The role

Isomorphic Labs is looking for an Integration Engineer to take ownership of internal, multi-user tools and third-party applications. This is a hands-on platform role that sits between engineering, operations and security.

You will manage the full lifecycle of self-hosted applications, from initial deployment and cloud configuration to patching, monitoring and low-downtime upgrades. You will also automate delivery through CI/CD pipelines and maintain reliable infrastructure templates.

The work includes:

  • Deploying and maintaining applications across cloud environments
  • Building deployment pipelines, mainly for Kubernetes-based systems
  • Managing infrastructure with Terraform, OpenTofu or similar tools
  • Adding application, dependency and container security scanning
  • Configuring SSO, RBAC and directory integrations using SAML or OIDC
  • Automating maintenance and internal workflows with Python, Bash or Go
  • Improving monitoring, alerting, secrets management and access controls

Who Isomorphic Labs is looking for

You should have practical experience running multi-user applications on Kubernetes and building reliable CI/CD workflows. The team also wants someone comfortable with security scanning, vulnerability management, infrastructure as code and identity platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with GitOps, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis or observability tools would be useful, but these are listed as additional skills rather than core requirements.

Why apply

This role offers the chance to build the secure internal systems behind one of the UK’s most closely watched AI drug discovery companies. It should suit an engineer who enjoys improving platforms, reducing manual work and making important tools easier for other teams to use.

Isomorphic Labs follows a hybrid working model. Employees are expected in the London office three days each week, currently Tuesday, Wednesday and one team-dependent day.
